Employment is a major obstacle for autistic adults. Still, sending applications, getting past the interview stage, navigating accommodations, and trying to fit into “work culture” are hurdles that can be made extra difficult when you aren’t only marginalized by your disability, but your race and gender identity as well.

Join Innovative Supports for Autistic Workers as we speak to 4 autistic black women and non-binary people discussing their personal experiences existing as disabled, gender, and racial minorities in the workplace.

Jaz Brown (They/Them): Jaz Brown is an autistic disability rights activist, artist, and writer. Their work focuses on the intersection of disability, queerness, and race. When not engaged in advocacy work, they find solace in watching old movies at home with their husband and two cats.
